API responses were also verified to maintain backend integrity. Our efforts uncovered multiple issues early in the dev cycle, allowing for timely resolutions and smoother releases.
UX/UI Evaluation
Using Figma references, we conducted a detailed UI/UX evaluation to identify visual inconsistencies and interaction flaws. Recommendations were shared directly with designers and developers, improving overall usability. Attention was paid to responsive design, intuitive layouts, and color contrasts, ensuring an accessible and polished experience for all user segments.
Agile Test Execution & Reporting
Testing aligned closely with sprint cycles, allowing rapid iteration and real-time feedback. We created and maintained a dynamic test suite for sanity, regression, and exploratory checks. Bugs were tracked via Jira with clear repro steps and prioritization tags. This structured reporting helped stakeholders make faster decisions and reduced turnaround time for fixes.

Despite limited documentation, we overcame barriers by proactively engaging with developers via Slack and G Chat. Our tester referred to Figma and earlier test cases to backfill gaps in understanding. This on-the-fly adaptability, paired with extended working hours when needed, ensured deadlines were met without compromising test quality.
