PROBLEM STATEMENT

Maintaining Automation Stability

Arthur Problem
The application contained dynamic UI components and frequently changing elements that could affect automation stability. Continuous feature development also resulted in UI and workflow changes that could impact existing automated tests. The large regression scope increased repetitive manual testing effort, while certain workflows required specific combinations of property, tenant, user, and transactional data for reliable and repeatable test execution.

What we did?

Intelligent Regression Automation
Resilient Test Engineering
Continuous Release Assurance
Business-Critical Coverage

Intelligent Regression Automation

Built and maintained a reusable Cypress automation approach around high-value business workflows. We prioritized scenarios based on business criticality, repetition, regression value, and risk, enabling faster validation of frequently used functionality while reducing repetitive manual effort.

Resilient Test Engineering

Strengthened automation reliability for a dynamic application by implementing robust locators, explicit waits, reusable utilities, and stable element identification. The framework was continuously refined to minimize false failures and provide more dependable automation results.

Continuous Release Assurance

Integrated smoke and regression validation into the product release cycle to verify that new features, enhancements, and integrations did not disrupt existing workflows. Defect retesting and regression validation provided faster feedback and greater confidence before releases.

Business-Critical Coverage

Focused testing on the workflows that mattered most to the property management platform. Critical scenarios were mapped to requirements and acceptance criteria, with coverage continuously updated as the application evolved, helping protect key functionality throughout frequent product changes.
