Frequent UI changes in court systems, unstable APIs, session interruptions, and rapid sprint releases created a highly dynamic testing environment. The client required a robust QA strategy to prevent duplicate filings, workflow failures, synchronization issues, and operational disruptions.

Agile QA Management

Our QA team integrated closely with developers, business stakeholders, and operations teams using an Agile sprint-based approach. Daily standups, sprint planning sessions, and release coordination meetings ensured smooth communication and faster issue resolution. The team aligned testing activities with weekly sprint cycles, enabling rapid validation of new features, workflow enhancements, and integration changes. Structured regression cycles and release signoff processes improved release confidence while maintaining testing efficiency under tight timelines and continuously evolving business requirements.

Workflow Validation Testing

The platform contained multiple interconnected systems, including Request Queue (RQ), Manual Queue (MQ), Routing Processing (RTP), OCR engines, APIs, and RPA workflows. Our QA team developed deep understanding of workflow orchestration to validate routing logic, retry handling, queue prioritization, state synchronization, and manual intervention flows. Testing ensured accurate progression of legal filings through every stage of the workflow while validating exception handling, escalation scenarios, and data persistence across automated and manual processing systems.

Integration Automation Validation

The application relied heavily on external court systems, OCR services, APIs, and browser-based RPA automation. The QA team validated filing submissions, acknowledgment retrieval, OCR extraction accuracy, status synchronization, and workflow continuity across integrated systems. Extensive testing covered session expiration handling, dynamic court UI changes, locator instability, browser compatibility issues, and automation failures. OCR validation included low-quality scan handling, confidence validation, incorrect character recognition detection, and bypass validation for machine-readable PDFs.

Risk-Based QA Execution

Given the operational sensitivity of legal filings, the QA team prioritized risk-based testing for critical business scenarios. Validation focused heavily on duplicate filing prevention, audit trail consistency, filing status accuracy, synchronization reliability, and deadlock prevention. End-to-end workflow testing simulated real-world legal filing scenarios from document upload to court acknowledgment and dashboard updates. The team also validated dashboard metrics, reporting accuracy, spend tracking, and operational analytics to ensure complete business visibility and compliance readiness across the platform.
