What we did?

Domain-Driven Test Planning
Business Rule & Constraint Testing
Data Integrity & Persistence
Real-Time Defect Cycles

Domain-Driven Test Planning

We focused on real-world hospital workflows, including registration, appointments, scans, bed allocation, discharge, and billing. Tests were designed around key user roles like doctors, nurses, and admins to validate access controls and actions. Medical data handling was reviewed to prevent leaks, ensure compliance, and maintain accuracy during patient navigation or switching.

Business Rule & Constraint Testing

We validated rule-driven logic such as age limits for pediatric care, overlapping appointments, and ward transfer constraints. Concurrent scenarios like editing patient records during inter-department transfers were manually tested to uncover real-time sync issues and ensure system reliability under realistic operating conditions.

Data Integrity & Persistence

We ensured consistent data flow across modules, and updates in billing were accurately reflected in patient records, ward details, and follow-up screens. Form-level validations were performed to check required fields, dropdown options, and default values, minimizing the risk of inaccurate or incomplete medical record entries during patient interactions.

Real-Time Defect Cycles

We reported over 210 issues with clear reproduction steps, annotated screenshots, and screen recordings. This detailed reporting enabled the development team to quickly identify root causes and apply fixes within hours, significantly accelerating the QA feedback cycle and reducing the risk of regressions in critical healthcare workflows.
