Automation Framework Design

 We engineered a scalable automation framework using Cypress for web, WebdriverIO for mobile, and Rest Assured for APIs. The framework supported continuous integration with GitHub Actions, enabling seamless and rapid execution across regression and smoke suites. Version-controlled test scripts ensured efficient maintenance and traceability.

Platform Compatibility Checks

 Using BrowserStack, we validated the platform on Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge across iOS, Android, and desktop devices. We emphasized real-world use by testing under various network conditions, ensuring accessibility and functionality even in low-bandwidth regions common to emerging markets.

Performance Optimization Strategy

We conducted thorough load and bandwidth simulations using JMeter to diagnose and resolve latency issues in video playback and classroom interactions. CDN configurations were fine-tuned, and app-level performance improvements were deployed to reduce crash rates and loading times.

Collaborative QA Enablement

We embedded QA experts within Scrum teams to drive shift-left practices. Active involvement in planning and design ensured well-defined acceptance criteria and rapid feedback loops. Where documentation was limited, QA facilitated cross-functional workshops to clarify expectations and drive aligned delivery outcomes.
