Over the course of 2.5 years, our QA team partnered with them to deliver comprehensive testing services that prioritized stability, efficiency, and quality. By automating over 900 test cases and establishing robust practices, we significantly increased platform stability, reduced testing timelines, and maintained a high standard of product quality. Our services included both manual and automated testing, with a focus on key areas such as email validation, single sign-on (SSO) automation, and predictive scoring algorithms. Their platform is integral to supporting data-driven hiring processes, and they required a reliable system with a high level of accuracy. With frequent feature updates and new modules, manual testing proved inefficient, with risks of missed bugs and slow release cycles. Our challenge was to automate comprehensive testing to maintain Journeyfront’s platform reliability while reducing testing time and improving bug detection rates, thus supporting their growth goals.

Comprehensive Test Case Development

We designed detailed test cases addressing all key functionalities, such as data retrieval, user interactions, and scoring accuracy. Each test case was organized with priority levels, expected outcomes, and precise test steps to ensure thorough validation. This meticulous approach helped us identify critical bugs early, prioritizing high-impact issues and achieving platform reliability.

Robust Automation Framework

Our team implemented an advanced automation framework using Cucumber with TestNG for enhanced test execution. We utilized Sikuli for image-based validations and automated real-time email validation scenarios. By keeping the framework up to date, we ensured consistent performance and allowed Journeyfront to handle complex functionalities with ease.

Regression Testing and Quality Assurance

To ensure consistent quality with each sprint, we conducted manual and automated regression tests. We tracked UAT and product bugs on a centralized platform, holding regular bug bash sessions to maintain high standards. This systematic approach, along with cross-team collaboration, provided reliable quality assurance and supported ongoing platform improvements.

Release Support and Continuous Integration

Our team supported each release cycle with thorough regression and manual testing. We conducted multiple test rounds to verify bug fixes and provided real-time support, addressing last-minute issues.
