User Flow Simulation

We designed and executed realistic end-to-end user flows from account creation and KYC verification to submitting predictions and withdrawing rewards. Each journey was tested thoroughly for functional correctness and data consistency across all system layers. We verified that results were accurately processed and reflected in both the UI and backend records for a seamless experience.

Live Feed Validation

We closely monitored the integration of live score feeds through Kafka and API endpoints, ensuring all updates were displayed in near real-time. Over ten live international events were tracked to confirm accurate data reflection, timely result calculations, and appropriate system triggers. This validation was key to maintaining the app’s reliability during live use.

System Data Sync

 We focused on confirming synchronization across the UI, API, and database layers during live match activity. Every critical data point, like score updates, prediction outcomes, and wallet balances, was checked for alignment. Our tests ensured that dynamic updates during events were accurately recorded and presented across the platform without discrepancies or lag.

Multi-Channel Alerts

Our team validated that all key system actions, such as new predictions, result confirmations, bonus updates, and withdrawals, triggered the correct notifications. These were tested across push, email, and SMS channels using sandbox environments. We ensured message accuracy, timing, and delivery to create a responsive and informative user communication experience.
