We meticulously tested all key features of the KYN app, ensuring each component functioned seamlessly across varied user scenarios. From live event streaming and video uploads to blog writing and profile management, we simulated real-world conditions to verify feature stability. Special attention was given to the Kynfluencer feature, ensuring smooth follower management and content monetization. We identified and reported issues like feature misalignment, which were then addressed to enhance the user experience.
Performance Testing with 100K Users
Using JMeter and LoadRunner, we simulated up to 100K concurrent users to assess the app’s performance during peak loads. Our focus was on monitoring server load, app response times, and stability, especially during live events and influencer activity. Detailed performance reports and recommendations were provided to the development team, which allowed them to optimize backend infrastructure and resolve bottlenecks. These insights led to improvements in app performance, reducing crashes and enhancing response time.
Compatibility Testing on Major Android & iOS Devices
Given KYN's target audience across a range of devices, we performed extensive compatibility testing on major Android and iOS devices. This involved testing across various screen resolutions, operating system versions, and device brands to ensure the app performed consistently. Features such as live streaming and video uploads were tested across different network conditions. Our testing ensured that the app provided a uniform user experience across a wide range of devices and environments.
UI/UX Testing and Algorithm Validation
We conducted thorough UI/UX testing to ensure the app delivered a seamless and intuitive experience for users. Each interface was evaluated for ease of navigation, responsiveness, and overall user satisfaction.
