Persona-Based Validation

For each course, we created detailed learner personas aligned with the story context, such as a new parent or a person working from home. Testers used these personas as a reference while testing the modules to validate the realism and relevance of decision points, dialogues, and outcomes. This approach helped uncover inconsistencies and ensured scenarios aligned with the expectations and experiences of the target audience.

Real-User Validation

Fifty professionals tested role-specific modules developed for first-time managers navigating task management challenges. Sessions were recorded to capture hesitation points, missteps, and disengagement cues. Metrics like task completion, decision accuracy, and reaction time were used to recommend UX and flow improvements based on authentic user behavior.

Functional QA Coverage

Each course was thoroughly tested to verify the accuracy of interactions, navigation flow, and quiz functionality. We validated branching logic, button responses, and progress tracking to ensure learners could move through content as intended.
