We tested the eLearning suite across over 20 real-world device-browser combinations, including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. Simulating corporate environments, we ensured consistent content rendering and functionality. By covering both modern and legacy platforms, we eliminated device-based access issues and confirmed a uniform, professional learning experience across the fragmented digital workplace ecosystem.

Flow and Functionality

Each course was validated from login to completion. Interactive elements, including videos, quizzes, and navigation, were tested for responsiveness and instructional accuracy. We ensured users could start, pause, resume, and complete learning paths without errors. Special attention was paid to UX quality, smooth transitions, and error-free certificate issuance workflows, improving learner experience reliability.

Logic Risk Validation

The assessment engine was stress-tested for pass/fail accuracy, question logic, and progress retention. Quiz logic was challenged with edge-case answers, reattempts, and invalid paths to uncover flaws. Certificate issuance was tied strictly to legitimate completion criteria. This eliminated logic bugs and ensured the learning suite met compliance-grade standards with defensible output tracking.

Defect Reporting Optimization

Bugs were tracked in Jira with screenshots, device/browser metadata, and step-by-step reproduction notes. Critical issues like scoring failures or visual inconsistencies were prioritized for immediate fix cycles. Detailed reporting enabled swift collaboration between QA and dev teams, establishing transparency and ensuring the suite reached zero-defect readiness before deployment.
