Enhancing Quality in Digital Healthcare
The project started with the client in need of an offshore QA team to thoroughly test their healthcare product. We continued to be their preferred testing partner over numerous updates and feature enhancements. We were tasked with testing a comprehensive online video consulting healthcare platform, consisting of one web app for administration and two mobile apps for doctors and patients.

We designed and executed a suite of manual test cases covering authentication, appointment booking, consultation workflows, and payments. Our focus was real-world scenarios, edge cases, and negative testing to enhance platform robustness. We also validated doctor-patient interactions across time zones and addressed scheduling conflicts for a seamless experience.
Usability & Exploratory
Testing
To improve usability, we conducted assessments on navigation, UI responsiveness, and accessibility. Pain points in the user journey were identified, and we provided recommendations. Additionally, we performed exploratory testing to uncover defects automation might miss, such as session extensions and appointment handling.
Video Call Stability
Testing
We simulated low-bandwidth scenarios to test video consultation performance and recovery. High concurrent user scenarios were validated to ensure responsiveness under peak loads. Fallback strategies like switching to audio-only mode were tested for unstable connections. We also monitored video and audio quality fluctuations under varying network conditions to assess consultation reliability.

Geographical Testing
We conducted cross-browser and cross-device testing to verify platform compatibility. System behavior was assessed across geographic locations to ensure smooth performance. Notifications and payment processing were verified across currencies and regions. Additionally, we tested compliance requirements to ensure adherence to local regulations and security standards.
